"What They Died For"----Best show ever...

"May the gods grant thee all that thy heart desires."

-a line from Jacob's Tapestry, translated. What does all men have a little of inside them, but always want more of? If the {Source} were truly the heart of the Island, could it represent "Love"? In the Sideways reality, it takes either being close to death or very close to someone,(Love) or deep feelings to wake oceanic flight passengers to their other selves on the island. Is this how the island communicates, through it's heart? Love made me travel over 1500 miles, to see my wife, and do any number of crazy things over the years. Perhaps this is also Love vs. Hate... Dr.Pepper (Sheppard) Vs. Mr.Pibb (MIB)

MIB and 'Rambo' Ben seem unstoppable. Jack and our gang appear unprepared and over matched. Jacks soft spot is Kate and his dad. What's MIB's soft spot, or Achilles heel? Who are on which team? Team Dark: MIB, Ben and maybe Claire. Team Light: Jack , Hurley, Miles, Desmond, Kate and maybe Richard, who either took the roller coaster ride of his life, or has finally gotten his death wish.

Long ago, when natives canoed around the Hawaiian islands, their tribal chiefs would have everyone look down as the island's beauty was, at that time, considered sacred. We lucky fans have gotten to see this nearly untouched island each week, for six years as the set of "Lost". A lot of the filming took place on private lands and state park regions normally unavailable to the public. In my opinion, the set of 'Lost', with it's deep, vast jungles, (banyan trees, and hanging vines), and ocean views, (coves with splashing waves and palm tree-lined white beaches, are breathtaking beautiful. A virtual paradise and MIB wants to destroy that? I think Smoky may be a bit more unstable than his mom. Lost Forever.

How MIB wins
--"Just wait 'til you see what I'm about to do."--Locke to Jack--He either kills everyone and gets off the island or he destroys the island. It only ends once, As Ben and MIB, could hide out at the Hydra, use the toxic cloud that wiped out Dharmanians all over the island, and just savor the victory. Ben is a double agent who could double cross our Team Jacob. There are many secrets on the island and MIB and Ben know more than a few. They do not care, love or respect the island, so may not be under its sway. They could even sit back n wait for the "losties " to kill themselves off. Jacks new as light guard, and is untested. MIB and Ben are evil and full of hate. Cold hearted they could destroy the island and then the world.

'''How Light Guard Jack defeats Man In Black:'''
'''How Light Guard Jack defeats Man In Black:'''"'He walks amongst us, but he is not one of us."-Jacks tattoos translated. It's time for Jack to tap into the islands energy, with Desmond, by his side, train their army and defeat MIB and Ben. Jacob said he would, at the campfire meeting, explain how to defeat MIB, right? Jack has yet to see the light, and is a lot more powerful now. His fellow candidates are incredibly resourceful, and Miles and Hurley are clairvoyant. If Desmond volunteers to go into the light, could he become a new smoky "brutha" to Jack? This would set up a battle, like Godzilla on the island, with a white smoky battling a black smoky. Or what if Jack returned to the Light house with a mirror, and somehow travels through it to the mainland and goes for help or calls for reinforcements? Jack and crew win, live to fight another day, because they have the island on their side. It is extremely powerful and probably has a few defenses when someone or something tries to destroy it. Jacks pack win because it's Jacob's game, at least at first, and MIB broke a lot of rules. Perhaps Desmond pulls MIB into an EM pocket, changing him back to non-evil, so he can leave the island? Jack wins because he loves Kate and the island, and MIB hates the island. Love Vs. Hate, and this time love wins.

Lost has come down to a basic James Bond style ending ...

What do you picture in your mind when you think of paradise? A beautiful island, a beautiful girl, and all the time you need to spend with her there, right? Jack, who was initially set to be killed off in the pilot, has become James Bond. It came to me when I read a blog about the "source". I thought it must be peace, love, or understanding..but the blog mentioned an old nursery school riddle.."What is it that everyone has, but still wants more off?"
The answer "Time", woke me up and a lot of things appear to fit in this vast 10,000 piece puzzle that is "Lost".
Why is Jack focused, a man of Faith? He has realized that he may have found a way to get Kate.: His love for her has driven him the past few seasons, and to also love the island, for what it offers. If he can tap into time, he has Kate and...wait for it..he can fix everything!::: He could end up on the island (In paradise..) with both he and Kate immortal!!!...:::
Coldplay, a band that has long been associated with Lost, wrote this in their song, "Yellow"...:::

"I swam across, I jumped across for you, oh what a thing to do.."

Reminds me of when Jack jumped off the boat and swam back to the island. Jack loves kate and wants to live on the island with her forever. So he's now {007) on MIB's (evil madman's) island fortress, hes gotta defeat the villain and he gets the girl. It's possibly just that simple, anyway me and my wife got a good laugh out of this..Lost Forever. It won't die in the minds of millions of fans. Coldplay also sang, in their song, "Talk"...'Are you lost or incomplete?
Do you feel like a puzzle, you can't find your missing piece?
Tell me how you feel? Lost..." is the reason we are here....is inside every man..."

:::::::::Wheel of Dharma, Water of life, or a Loom of Destiny? Whether it turns out to be a light of peace, or father time lending hands of fate, it's all coming together and six years of "Lost" will be wrapped up and a part of history:::::Time for answers, speculation, answers we have to find, goodbyes, endings and new beginnings.....It's the island of earth, in an ocean of space, that we have to live on without our favorite show. ::::::::::::::I will always remember my time on the island fondly. The shocks, open mouth stares, and I found I experienced a medley of intense emotion with each episode.....I can see time-lines inconsistencies, because how many times has the wheel been turned by polar bears and countless others, making anything historically correct, near impossible........As Eloise Hawking said, "The Universe, unfortunately, has a way of course-correcting. ..." ........::::::::::::It could be a day on the island and a mere second passes on the mainland. .........Whatever is the true course that is becoming corrected, we are all about to find out, and I remember this as the most educating, exciting and entertaining years of my life..............What if Losties are treated to a massive party, with a concert by Geronimo Jackson and DriveShaft? Instead of being in the audience, a few of the members of the band were actually some of the Islands inhabitants. Charlie and his brother in DriveShaft, with Jacob-lead singer, Richard-keyboards, MIB-drums. And Geronimo Jackson could have Hurley on lead guitar, Claire and Kate-backup vocals, Sawyer-rhythm guitar and Jack-Bass guitar and lead vocals.......
I think it'd be pretty cool..:)"The Future Was Yesterday"'''-Album title by Brad Wheeler (no relation}

The Isle of Fate Theory---I remember from school, or a comic book, that there was an island, or place, separated from the rest of civilization where the gods gathered to decide the fate of mankind. Rolling dice, drinking the nectar, basically playing games and testing human subjects. Basically laughing at us. Maybe it was one of those old black and white movies.----
It has been theorized that the island could be in an alternate universe than the rest of the world. The new season 6 "sideways" flashes brought me back onto this subject. No one comes to the island without being chosen, or drawn to it by either the island itself or it's protector. Could this be that special home of the gods, in "Lost"? "Like the spinning wheel in the opening scene of the finale, Jacob weaves the tapestry of fate and guides the destinies of his chosen people. Like a phoenix, he will rise from the ashes and be reborn to continue as the islands protector. John Locke was on the plane, but not in the cargo bay in a box. He was in a coffin and this was not the first time we have seen fake bodies on the show. The fake plane Widmoore placed in the ocean had bodies almost down to the exact detail. John Locke is merely being controlled by the brother/ enemy of Jacob. Soon he will regain his mind and reveal himself to be the chosen ally of Jacobs, like the others that we saw Jacob visit at particular periods in space and time. The island gives powers of immortality, regeneration, and can even give its chosen people a way to free themselves of the constraints of past failure and tragedy. At least, I hope the two are not that easily duped by the darkside of the island, and were well prepared for the " loophole " attack, using Ben and Locke to topple the white king." =excerpt from an old post lost in the mix, I wrote around May 9th, 2009, still seems relevant today. Remember, you can't be found, until your 'L O S T.'-( title of my new sideband, writing and singing Lost songs to keep from missing the greatest TV show on earth. --sapphire32461@yahoo.com 22:13, May 16, 2010!
